The trainee who washed my hair was professional and courteous, and very good at washing my hair and the head massage. No water on my face, just the right amount of pressure and perfect water temperature. I was very impressed, as it's quite rare to get this level of service. It might seem like a small thing but it's an important part of the overall experience. It's also especially important to me as I'm on a fairly low wage and it's a treat for me to come here.
