Sutton branch. First time in this saloon. Looking for a haircut. Naturally apprehensive as trying new place and possibly new hairdresser. I was offered appointment in 30min but told I have to pay in advance.
When I said it doesn't feel right to pay for service before the job is done. I got reply that 'we could not please you anyway'
Totally wrong and rude. Ofcourse I was already walking out on this attitude and would not come to any branch in the future after that experience.
Train your stuff to show some respect to customers.
