It was a pleasure to have amazing hightlights and a superb cut by Niamh. She was a true professional and l love the colour and the cut. Lloyd kindly offered his professional direction and was very amusing throughout my visit!
Sadly, when leaving I found the receptioniest both rude and challenging regarding the charges, I felt unheard and disrespected. Earlier Lloyd encourgaged me to rebook (which I was keen to do) but sadly I didn't due to your receptionist.
