I have recently started using the Bristol salon after having a terrible experience with a previous hair salon/chain. I initially started seeing Hayley and following her maternity leave am now a client of Kurtis where i get colour and cut. Both are really lovely and friendly. These guys actually listen to what you want and give you advice as to how best to achieve it. This is the only salon where i have never left disappointed. Following my previous hair disaster elsewhere i figured you really do get what you pay for and yes, this salon can be a bit pricier than others but it is so worth it. Highly recommend!
