I visited the Bristol salon today for the first time after reading reviews on-line....I was not prepared for my experience.....................it was fantastic, unlike any other salon I have visited! I was sat down straight away and offered a drink from the extensive drinks menu, Adam came over to find out what I was looking for from my appointment; he was very knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful. Jordan then took me to wash my hair in a massaging chair with colour changing mood lighting - I was then given the most amazing and relaxing head massage - not like the usual one you get when you have the shampoo part but a thousand times better and more relaxing. Adam did my haircut, I was so pleased with the result that I felt quite overwhelmed, I have very fine hair which I struggle to make look presentable at the best of times but Adam has created the best cut I have ever had. This is without a doubt the very best experience I have ever had at a salon and I wont be having my hair styled anywhere else again - I'm looking forward to booking my colour!
