I used to love going to the Canary Wharf branch. But recently the service has not been the same standard.
- No more calls day before an appointment.
- My hairdresser was changed without telling me in advance and new person was quite rough (I was actually afraid to get cut).
- The new reward scheme is a joke (£65 paid gives me £0.65 - whereas before I used to get 10% off so £6.50).
Seriously thinking about leaving them after being a regular customer for 5+ years!
