Stylist at Putney didn't listen to what I wanted, cut my hair much shorter than the picture I showed and what I had described, by about 3 inches. Very disappointed - can't even tie up. Plus the hair cut took way too long, very slow.
The salon itself was very nice and everyone was friendly. I definitely wouldn't go with a stylist again.
