I had a few problems a couple of years ago with a Brazilian blow dry that only lasted 6-7 weeks. The only reason I stayed with SH was because of Kim at Worcester Park. She is attentive, professional, highly skilled and shows a genuine interest in her clients. All of the staff at WP are welcoming, especially Hayley on reception, she is accommodating, knows her products and very friendly. Both are a credit to SH
