Last haircut was free, it was because the cut before was unsatisfacory, was not what i asked for/normally have, wouldn't have minded the change of style if it had been cut well but it wasnt. This was i might add a one off, went back to the salon and spoke to my usual stylist who seemed a bit panicky about the situation and wanted to rectify the cut there and then, but my hair was in my mind already too short for anything to be done on that visit. She spoke to the manager, i pushed for my hair to be done free of charge next time and the manager agreed and booked me in for a cut in 2 months time, i left my hair nigh on 3 months before having it done. Cut was done by Eunsook, my normal stylist, excellent cut.
