If I could give zero stars I would. From my AC and duct work being installed and them leaving damage to parts of the ceiling, to the now $209 I was charged and told would be refunded. DO NOT USE SEAR FOR YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENT. I recommend running. They have no actual customer service line for help. Absolutely horrendous.
