your site keeps erasing my comments! this is the worst customer service experience i have EVER HAD with a company. what should have been an easy fix turned out to be a nightmare because you can't get a hold of them to make changes and they have to ship the order before they can cancel it! SEARS CUSTOMER SERVICE gets an "F"
