Ordered a refrigerator and the water hose for delivery to a Home Town store. Received an email indicating my order was being processed. After a week I checked delivery status and saw that my order for the refrigerator was canceled but I was charged for the water hose. There is no option for customer service and I was told to call the store directly for a refund. I contacted Home Town and they referred me back to the 800. The 800 number referred me to online chat that states I should receive a refund in 10 days. 5 phone calls and no functional customer service option. Will not order from Sears again
