Sears Online instructions for a return to this vendor do not exist. I tried Sears chat room, And they said I would receive return instructions within 48 hours which didn’t happen. WHEN INtried the chat room again, they wanted my credit card # for a $5.00 service charge for additional assistance. BEWARE THIS IS NOT THE SEARS WE ALL KNEW AND TRUSTED.
ITS COSTING ME $80 to learn the hard way. Someone should start a class action law suit with punitive damages.
