Absolutely unacceptable practices.... fridge quit working 1 yr after purchase... no one will stand behind it... tell me sorry for the inconvenience but might take over a month for parts to come in... but sorry for the inconvenience of no fridge....
Tell you to call Kenmore for warranty, Kenmore tells you they are just a name and don't stand behind their products
