They are nothing but a rip off. The tech spent a total of two minutes scanned the model sent to his office and one minute later, he come back with it will cost $ 463.00 to fix and need to order part. I said that is almost as much as a new washing machine. He said i know, so i delcined the repair and had to pay $ 119 for the 10 min rip off.
DO NOT EVER USE THEM TO REPAIR RIP OFF ONLY !!!!!
