Repairman only wanted to sell me a warranty. Repair part never showed up. Repair had to be rescheduled after spending two hours trying to find someone to explain the situation to. Still haven’t heard from anyone. This is my third washer in six years and the second time it broke down. They collected $400 up front and then went awol. Screw Sears
