Had an appointment 2 days ago rescheduled for today, 12/02/2024 btw 8AM and noon. No show, no call. Called to find out no tech has been scheduled for today. Not offered any explanation. They wanted to re-schedule 2-3 days from now. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
NO WONDER WHY THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS COUPLE YEARS AGO.
Will never think about calling them again. RIP Sears!!!!
