This is a scam plan. They renew 12 month contract without notification. They only honor semi annual AC check during a window of time. Tech said washer was repaired but it wasn't. The app is a joke when needing to speak to a person. SO many firewalls to keep you from them. When finally found a good # it had more firewalls and took 15 minutes on hold before a rep answered. Wanted to offer one month free-haha. Then said my contact wasn't up for 3 months. After a fight they finally sent email that it was canceled. I suspect they will try charging me still. If so they will regret that. This is a pure con game.
