I have called numerous times to get a credit on our credit card from an appliance repair. The estimated amount was actually charged to our credit card when the actual repair was less. The theme response from several calls - that rest assured I will get my credit. A month has gone by and I have not seen the credit. Someone should be calling me back to review this, but crickets on a response. I’m actually just going to reach out to my credit card company and deny all charges. When actually all I needed was a partial refund.
No manager was ever available to help me.
So disappointed ☹️
