We purchased a Sears Protect package and have been waiting for service on one of the 8 appliances we listed. Serviceman finally came out and broke something and won’t order the part. Their program is all robot and impossible to talk to a human. They canceled 2 of our scheduled appointments without reason. 3rd appointment is scheduled for June 24th. They give a 9 hour spread for show up time 8:00AM - 5:00 PM. on all appointments. Meaning we have to be home the whole day waiting for them with no way to call them. Stay away from this company is my advice.
