Thinking of getting an appliance repaired, don't ever call Sears! This company gives false service promises. They say they will not send a tech out until they have the part. What they don't tell you is that the part had to be delivered to you after the tech comes out, which will necessitate and rescheduling of your service. If you decide to not go forward with the service because you feel like you have been lied to you still have to pay $129 the service. If you agree to having the tech return when the part is delivered you are required to pay 2/3rds of the total repair cost upfront. I was considering getting a home appliance repaired service plan from Sears but with this experience I'm glad I didn't.
