I am disabled and use a walker. I was wondering how to get up the steps to your Chester Store and a delightful assistant called Sarah helped me in .She asked me if there was anything that I particularly wanted to look at and I told her that I should like a top size 20 with long sleeves. She found a selection and showed me to a roomy changing room .I selected my choice and paid. She helped me out of the shop after I had a look round. A truly wonderful experience
