I visited the Seasalt branch at Cribbs Causeway Bristol recently to purchase a Plant Hunter coat. The assistant Gwen was extremely helpful and measured the coat and ordered the correct size for me. She was very happy and polite and a credit to the shop. The coat arrived and its a dream!

I was very pleased with Seasalt. I ordered 2 dresses different colours . Both very comfortable and on their advise fit perfectly. I returned one with no problem, very easy through Royal Mail. I will definitely order more from them as they are efficient and there is plenty of choice. My refund was back within 1 day. Thank you

Put in an order on line and paid by debit card. Went to the site to check delivery and found the order had disappeared! Hope they haven't taken my money! It's Sunday so will check my account tomorrow.

I love the print designs that Sea salt use and the cotton material of their Larissa shirts are nice an light, but I have found that they just don't last. I have had three shirts that have just torn as if the cotton is perished. My latest shirt was bought at Xmas 23 and it has torn ruggedly near the button front.

Seasalt is now being sold in New Zealand and I am becoming a devoted customer. Over this summer I have purchased four dresses and a couple of tops. My husband bought a t-shirt with a sailing ship motif. They all wash like a ribbon, delicate cycle, 30 degrees, line dry. I'm careful with clothes that warrant it. The cut is of the 'fit and flare' dresses such as Veronica and Riviera is flattering, they drape well and the fabric is so soft.

Jumpers at Seasalt cost around £85. That's extortionate. If they were made in Cornwall they would still be too expensive but they're made in China!

This is now probably my favourite shop. Order several shirts and jumpers over last few months. Quality is excellent, jumpers fit me really well and seem substantial as though they will last a long time. I have returned a few things that I just felt really didn’t suit me personally and the process is dead easy. Clicking returns , select item you want to return and QR code is sent so that I can return via post office. Money refunded with two days. I can’t fault the company and am surprised by the bad reviews and ghats why I felt like I needed to write one myself.

Just really disappointed that when I looked at the label on a pair trouser bought recently and top price, they were made in China.I try to avoid buying anything made in China if at all possible. So I am sorry I will be checking more thoroughly and thinking twice before purchasing Seasalt items.

My last two orders are still listed as "picked," which means I can't return them. Customer service has been slow to respond, and when they do give me a link to process the return, it just takes me right back to the same website that then tells me my order doesn't exist. Beyond frustrating. I'm about to give up forever on Seasalt.

Had yet another awful experience with Seasalt who took my money, cancelled my order without telling me, and "forgot" to give me my money back. Posted a one star review on their website and it was removed immediately! It's hilarious - they only show 5 star reviews. Deceitful promotion is never a good look in a company. Can't trust Seasalt. Won't use again.

Purchased top in sale. Not particularly cheap even then and wouldnt have bought at full price. Shocked to see the Made in China label. My own fault for not reading every word on their website. Have looked since and am amused that Seasalt think that any trade with such a totalitarian & dystopian state can possibly be ethical. I was under the impression that Seasalt supported local trade. A wake up call. Won't be buying again.

No returns label, not sent QR code to make a return, customer service telephone line "closed for training" for weeks on end, wrong product sent to me, have now almost lost the will to live. Avoid this company. It used to be quite good but things have really gone downhill over the last 12 months

I only realised recently that some Seasalt clothes were made in China under an 'ethical trading' deal. In my opinion there is nothing ethical whatsoever about China. After another UN damning report today about the treatment of the Uyghurs by the Chinese, I say shame on you, Seasalt, for continuing to trade with this country. I hope the owners/directors read this posting, but I doubt it.

Bought a cotton jumper on 6th June. Returned it within a week as preferred the other I had bought. It is now 24th July and still no refund. This is not the first time i have had to chase for a refund. They say they will sort it out tomorrow. Pretty slow service. I have bought a lot from them before via mail order. Will not be buying from them again.

Con artists. Trading on Cornwall's good name by selling cheap clothes made in China. Their 'locally sourced' products are just bath bombs, no clothes at all. Their website tries to excuse this behaviour by talking about sustainability and 'energy monitoring', but funding a totalitarian dictatorship for maximum profits just stinks.

As usual with clothing made in the Far East and India, the sizing and overall shape is terrible! Bought a Larissa shirt in my usual size 12 and found that the neck was HUGE! a good 4cms longer than my Boden shirts in size 12. Overall the fit was big and shapeless and the sleeves down to my knuckles. I’m afraid clothing not actually MADE in the UK seems to need a radical rethink of both dimensions and fit.

Was slightly bewildered that seasalt are now not putting invoice and returns labels in parcel, not everyone has a computer printer or smart phone to print of labels etc, all I guess to save thereselfs some money, just making things more difficult than they need be...

Bought a waterproof jacket in the Canterbury store and was assisted by a very helpful lady (Katherine). Love Seasalt, and Katherine made my customer experience even better.
