“Everything 5 stars, the layout, the merchandise and above all the staff, all hugely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I found this in other Seasalt shops where I have made purchases. All members of staff have always gone out of their way to locate stuff that was not immediately available in the shop, have gone online, have suggested how to proceed. I have always been extremely pleased with my purchases.”

“Seasalt always offer free returns which is great for me as I sadly don't live near any of their shops. The customer service is friendly and helpful, delivery is always efficient, and I love their individual labels in the clothes and lovely Cornish inspired designs!”

“my delivery was actually delayed by 24hrs , however the staff member who was dealing with this went out of her way to help sort this out . She was patient , helpful, and kind. Also I love my Dress.”

“Lovely quality clothing and very helpful staff at the end of the phone if you need help. The website is particularly easy to use and delivery is superfast with very easy returns procedure if needed. However my orders have always been perfect and I have never needed to return, Seasalt provide a very good sizing guide.”
