Like many others I've seen online, I've had a terrible customer service experience. Did not receive an item I paid for in my package (the package was not damaged in shipping, they just made a mistake and didn't include an item) and trying to get it fairly resolved has been a nightmare. They have repeatedly lied to me, saying they had partially refunded me when they hadn't, that 2 packages had been sent and one returned to them (only one had ever been sent and it was incomplete), etc. I live in the USA and had to pay $122+ in duties taxes and fees so be prepared for that and they will not refund you for any of that. I am at my wits end and now have no faith in them. No American company, or any other British company I've ever bought anything from for that matter, would ever treat a customer this way. It would be so easy for them to do the right thing!
