The process of donating my books have been smooth. I'm glad for the effort Second Bind has devoted into facilitating the donation of books that may be potentially usable/useful to other people (e.g. current students). The pickup staff members have been very genuine and professional. Again, appreciated the effort. Keep up the good job, all those working at Second Bind!
