“We ordered a book from Second Bind thru Amazon. Says it shipped 12 days ago, but no shipping / tracking information given and Second Bind is un responsive to 3 messages we sent thru amazon. This is the longest, worst service regarding a book we have ever experienced on Amazon, or Thriftbooks, or any other seller. If you are needing a book in a reasonable period of time, this is not the place to purchase.”

“Worst didn’t get money and books are lost in transit and second bind chose ups and sent label to deliver. Still nothing and lost worth books of 134$ each. Not going to trust this website anymore.”

“I was very easily able to donate 3 boxes of books to Second Bind. They scheduled a pick up and came on time and made it so easy for me. I will definitely recommend this organization to anyone who has books or electronics to donate.”

“Easy, set up appointment by email, boxed, took a picture,sent it so they know how many people needed for pickup, left it on front porch and then gone…great way to get rid of old textbooks, schoolbooks, recipe books. Highly recommend.”
