“NOT A SCAM! Really easy and reliable service and the preprinted UPS label made things very easy. Only would've liked a bit higher buyback prices for my old textbooks since I paid around $200 for each of them but on my second order they were really nice and offered $5 for a study guide (part of a 3-book taxation set) that they were normally accepting as donation. Highly recommend Secondbind. Wished I knew the company earlier.”

“Easy to organize . I had put books in boxes , the person who came had to put them in their own green containers . It Would have saved time if I had left them loose but was not told to do that .”

“Overall it was a good experience. Bette was the representative I was in contact with. She was helpful and professional. The only thing was a few days after my books were picked up, another representative called me asking if my books were ready for pick up. It seemed inconsistent with my experience to date. I was concerned my books were lost. Luckily, Nette contacted me a few days later to confirm I would receive my payment within a day or two which I did. It also took a few days in between communications. Sometimes they would call, sometimes they would email.”

“Overall good. Shipping was easy and instructions were easy to follow i also got a good price for my books. However, they didn’t take very many of the most they said they would take as donations but would not buy.”

“My overall experience with Second Bind was great. They were accommodating of my shipment, and I received the payment immediately. There was confusion on my end, as the website indicates you can drop off your package at UPS, but the printed label indicated FedEx. Regardless, I love that the app lets you scan the ISBN's, it makes the whole process so much more convenient.”

“Its great! They take of money if its a little damage. But its understandable. Most books are worth nothing its books that are worth more than $100 that they give $15 for if in good condition. But overall the process is smooth.”

“Second bind was very quick and easy. I got my money right away and was happy to get rid of my old books. The only problem I found was that they do not pay enough for the books some of them are purchased for well over $100 and we get back about $14 so it is convenient but you will take a loss!”
