Hi Mitch, Can you please send us an email with your ISBNs? We can definitely look into your inquiry. If a book is priced lower than expected, it is due to the current market value and its demand. Second Bind Support Team

“The quoted price was less than 15 % of the original purchasing price. Second, The company paid me less than half of the quoted price meaning you will only get about 7% back if you choose this service. Despite giving my books in excellent condition and packing them using the registered secondbind packaging process ( provided on their website )the company still paid me half of what the original quoted price stating that it was only due the condition and packaging of the books? Original quote was 247.25 and ended up only being paid 112.58 for more than 10 textbooks. Beyond this the only option The customer has to have their books returned if they " do not accept the appraised value" was to pay a hefty shipping return fee which is roughly 45.00 $. Thus the company traps you into accepting less money than they will originally quote you for. Criminal behaviour for a Canadian company.”

Hi Nathaniel, We always send out an email notifying our customers of any quote adjustments prior to shipping. Our software is still in the test phase. If any quote adjustment is made after receiving the package, it is due to it's condition. You can always read our shipping and packaging policy to get more information. “I had two book orders ready to ship which value $30 each, then I got emails indicating that these orders were canceled because of further review. I was very disappointed.”
