“NOT A SCAM! Really easy and reliable service and the preprinted UPS label made things very easy. Only would've liked a bit higher buyback prices for my old textbooks since I paid around $200 for each of them but on my second order they were really nice and offered $5 for a study guide (part of a 3-book taxation set) that they were normally accepting as donation. Highly recommend Secondbind. Wished I knew the company earlier.”

“I had a very good experience with second bind. They contacted me very quickly after I filled out the online questions. On the pick up day they contacted me when they were on the way and they picked up everything up right on time. Very good service, very professional and organized. Will definitely recommend to people.”

“They were amazing! I got a call back from them the same day I filled out the request form and we arranged a time for pickup. The showed up in the window indicated and all was well. Customer service was exceptional and everything went smoothly. Didn't know about the tree until after which was a bonus. Keep up the awesome work Second Bind!
