They were amazing! I got a call back from them the same day I filled out the request form and we arranged a time for pickup. The showed up in the window indicated and all was well. Customer service was exceptional and everything went smoothly. Didn't know about the tree until after which was a bonus. Keep up the awesome work Second Bind!
