I think these guys and girls at Second Bite...Sorry; "Bind"; are doing an awesome job. They offer really competitive prices (and yes; I did my online homework to see who would pay more for my used textbooks!). The shipping is for free (N.B. Make sure that you bring your own shipping box to UPS!!). The customer service responds back within 24 hours. I was kept informed to what is going on with my books.
