First, the flowers that were delivered were absolutely gorgeous! However the flowers did not look anything like what I ordered, and that was disappointing. Also, I specifically asked for the flowers to be delivered before 2, was assured they would be delivered before 2, and then they were not delivered until after 2. The recipient was not home at the time and someone else took the flowers in.
