The flower arrangement was gorgeous and Ginger loved it. The only issue I had was when I received a call from the dispatcher stating that the delivery person didn't know how to get into the proper entrance of the Hard Rock Cafe New York. I let him know that I'd emailed the info to them the day before with the name of the person that would take possession of the arrangement. It was delivered to the correct person-the conversation just worried me a little. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with the arrangement and with the recipient's love of it. Actually, I communicated by both email and then the telephone.
