Good afternoon. My wife and I were coming to NYC from Spring Grove PA to see Hamilton. I wanted to surprise her with Valentine's Day flowers in our Hilton hotel room. The ordering process was extremely easy and fast, unfortunately, the 1st bunch of flowers was misplaced by the hotel. I called your office, and they corrected the problem without my wife knowing. That's great customer service. That's for making her Valentine's Day in NYC a special one.
