Customer service was great, the website is logical and easy to navigate, and the flowers were beautiful. I am docking one star for the delivery. The flowers were a birthday gift for an 89 year old woman. I was hoping they would be delivered earlier in the day, but they were delivered after 7:00 pm and the delivery was just left on the porch. The flowers remained outside overnight and were not discovered until the next morning, the day after the birthday, blocking the front door. For all the good reasons listed above, I will likely still use them in the future, even with the disappointing delivery.
