I like dealing with humans. The human lady who answered my call was very polite and listened carefully to what I wanted to order and explained exactly what they could do for me. I received a receipt within 5 minutes of placing my order for next day delivery. Then on the day the arrangement was delivered, I received a picture of my order. A very well run , professional florist.
