I did the reservation and paying for the storage unit online. Once finish a man from the storage office called to confirm and see if I had any questions. I asked when I can move in and he said today the access code is good til 8pm. So I load a friends truck and we go up there and the unit # assigned to me was locked. I had to call the service number twice to get someone out there to unlock the unit. It was not an easy transition.
