Very clean, new facility with competitive pricing with 2nd month free deal. I love the app on my phone that allows me to open the entry and exit gate. I wish the app also worked for the sliding doors that allow you to the indoor storage area (must use a touch pad, which is not ideal, particularly with COVID). Clean bathroom available on site for customer use. I wish there was trash and recycling on the premises. I did go one night to retrieve items from storage and another customer dumped spoiled chicken in the trash container bathroom, which smelled horribly, so management removed the trash container from the bathroom. Bummer that other customers cannot dispose of items responsibly. Great customer service from both women that I have worked with on site. Be prepared to be charged $14.99 for a flat cylinder lock with 2 keys. I would have preferred to use my own lock but their storage units do not accommodate Master locks or typical locks. The management should consider a buy back program.
