The girls that were working the day I got my unit here we're so helpful. They went above and beyond. (making the customer happy, which in this case would be me). They really took the time to find out which deal was best for me and save me the most amount of money. I really felt like my business was appreciated, and wanted at that location. (Off Division. I can't remember cross street but it's either near gresham or in Gresham). Not only were the employees wonderful. The units were top notch as well. I am currently 6 months pregnant with my first child so this move was very unexpected. and I just couldn't imagine myself having to go to the third floor to move all my stuff. They made sure that I got a bottom unit so that I didn't have to do any extra type of strenuous work trying to overload my cart by getting everything up to the third floor with the least amount of trips as possible. These girls were determined to make sure I got the unit I needed slash wanted on the first floor or ground level. I will be recommending and I will be giving five stars. Also this place was clean spic and span clean. Because of Covid obviously cleanliness was another thing that is very important to me. Knowing that storage is where people store their personal belongings and had it been not clean properly I'm sure the possibility of catching it increases quite a bit. But that did not feel like an issue I am going to have at this storage facility. and I'll just add this one last thing that the girls were wearing their mask correctly the whole time which made me feel even more comfortable.
