While loading my belongings into the unit for the first time, I noticed roaches crawling on neighboring units doors. If the claim is that it’s pest controlled, we shouldn’t be seeing bugs and especially not roaches. Also the sliding automatic doors that are only supposed to open with a passcode, get stuck and don’t always stay closed and secured. With that being said the space was clean as far as I saw (with the exception of bugs), it was definitely temperature controlled and the process of moving in was very easy and simple with being completely online and contact free.
