I called and was in desperate need of a unit as my house sold quickly! I was so pleased when Janelle answered and assured me she could help. She was ununderstanding, attentive, and had everything in order when I arrived to sign the paperwork. Talk about an easy transaction!! She even walked me to my unit so I would know exactly where it was! She is the perfect example of a STAR employee!!!
