I made a reservation online and then never followed up. I missed a few calls and Missy was great at follow up w/ specifics, which prompted me to get in once I was back in town. Janelle was so, so helpful while on-site! She managed to get me a unit that met my needs and best accommodated our organization. She also managed to get us a tax break since we’re a federally approved nonprofit along with several discounts I wasn’t even aware were available. It was such a quick, easy and smooth process we’re considering getting units in multiple cities throughout the state to store our event equipment. Highly recommend, thank you to the team on-site for not giving up on me and reminding me and thank you so very much Janelle for all of your personal help!
