I went to secure a unit that I reserved online. Alan (then manager) told me to come back on friday (this was Monday) to pay and the cost would be the price i got online, no problem. I arrived friday morning and Alan was in the office with Courtney. Alan had quit. This could have been akward but instead Courtney was very curtious, knowlegable and very friendly. I had reserved a unit for 2 months at half price and when I went to pay and finalize renting the space the computer was showing the rent to be $30 more than the reserved price. Courtney made a phone call and minutes later the computer reflected the correct reserved price. She was fun to work with and I felt none of the stress I've been dealing with from moving. My experience was a positive one and I will recommend this facility to friends. Thanks Courtney for all your help!
