I got my storage on 7/23. I saw the online deals but decided to go in person. I was greeted at the door cause it was raining which was so welcoming. I had the best service, personal tour and view of the units I was needing, went thru all the legalities including; insurance, due date, payment amounts, late fees, how/when monthly invoices are sent, lock/keys and hours of entry. With this attentive and informative customer service, there will be no surprises regarding my unit. This only took about 45 mins and I was able to start loading my unit that same day! My only negative would be getting more then the 3 loading carts on site. Patrons use all 3 when moving items. We just patiently waited in between trips.
