Called SAS about a problem with my existing product.
They were extremely helpful and informative about how to resolve the issues.
They mentioned upgrading to the latest product version but did not pressure on the purchased upgrade.
The sent some spare parts and as I result I got my old security product working.
So on that experience I ordered an upgrade to the lastest product which I will discuss later
