I'm a general mgr at a bodyshop and I called to try and get a payment confirmation for one of my customers because vehicle has been ready since Jan 18 and customer dropped her rental car off early and she has no transportation back and forth to work and school. So call the support center to speak to a supervisor,which name was Davin Shillington and he was upset that they pulled him out of a meeting and once he got on the phone he was soo rude and disrespectful to me I couldn't believe it. I did call back to speak with another Vp are manager but was told they would call me back!
