All of you are so right on your negative reviews. I just started the Sedgwick journey from hell to help my husband with all the ridiculous amount of paperwork for his hip replacement surgery to get on short term disability. Of course they "didn't receive the docs" the surgeon faxed to them that the surgery was completed. Now payment of short term disability payments are "pending".
I talked to 5 different people today to straighten this out. I didn't get a straight answer. I guess I'll call back Monday to do this all over again!
