My son ordered a ticket for Boardmasters however then had a change of heart and requested a refund - See Tickets accepted the refund request however 3 months later my son has not received his money, even though his ticket has been resold on the resale site. You cannot call See Tickets as the lines are not in operation, nor do they respond to the emails or online requests. The company is extremely poor and I suggest you never use them at all in the future as just rip you off !
If I could give them less than 1 star I would !
