Tried for five days to get hold of See Tickets via four different channels (email, chat, phone, Twitter, FB) after they sent the wrong tickets to us for a festival. Zero communication. It was so easy for them to fix had they just had ANY customer service. Instead we spent an awful week emailing and tweeting them, stressing about whether to leave for a festival or cancel our Campervan and accommodation. At the last minute, the festival itself stepped in after I tweeted them. Utterly disgusted. Why a standards agency hasn’t stepped in, I have no idea.
